For Sellers

• If you accept an offer on your domain or Website, then you must complete the transaction with a ready, willing and able buyer. Accepting an offer constitutes a legally binding agreement and should be given serious consideration.
• An offer made to you by a prospective Bidder or Buyer is only valid for 7 days from the day from which the offer was made.
• Buy Sell That Website.com reserves the right to refuse or remove listings, which it believes are offensive in nature and which promote violence, child pornography, racial or religious intolerance for example.
• You can only list a domain or Website for sale on Buy Sell That Website.com, if you are the legal owner of the domain or Website for sale and that the property is free of any legal proceeding challenging your right to ownership.
• Bidding on your own domain or Website in an auction to deliberately inflate its perceived value is expressly forbidden. Having any friends, family or associates bid on your domain or Website at your behest is also forbidden.
• If a domain or Website is no longer available for sale or has been sold, the Seller must inform Buy Sell That Website.com or edit their account to remove the listing.

Buy Sell That Website.com does not accept any liability for sales, negotiations and contact made via its Website and provides its free service in good faith.

For Buyers 

• When your offer for a domain or Website is accepted by a Seller, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase it, so give careful consideration to your offers.
• Your offer or bid for a domain or Website is binding from 7 days from the time you make the offer.
• It is your responsibility to find out whether or not your desired domain or Website is subject to any trademark or intellectual property protections.
